Questions?
Waitlist
When do pre-orders open?
In December 2026, as a closed pre-order. At first, only waitlist members with an invite code can order. Waitlist members hear first, by email.
What do waitlist members get?
An invite code for the closed pre-order in December. Join by November 15, 11:59 p.m. CET and you get yours the day before the closed pre-order starts. Later sign-ups receive theirs afterwards. The code unlocks the limited Founder Edition for the first 24 hours, starting at €99 incl. VAT in European countries, exclusively for waitlist members. After that, your code gives you a lower price than the regular pre-order price.
How does the closed pre-order work?
The first pre-order phase in December is closed: only waitlist members with an invite code can order. Everyone who joins the waitlist by November 15, 11:59 p.m. CET gets their code by email the day before it starts, and enters it at checkout. You pay a deposit when you order and the rest before your Zyke Band ships. The deposit is fully refundable. First units ship in Q1 2027.
How do I join?
Enter your email address. You are on the list right away, and a welcome email follows. That's it.
Can I leave the waitlist?
Yes. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
Where will you ship?
At launch, we ship to Germany, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Ireland, Spain and Italy. More EU countries follow with the regular launch. The US and the UK follow in 2027. Is your country missing? Request it here.

Privacy and data
Where is my data stored?
On your phone, in a local database. All analysis runs there. If you turn on backup, your data is end-to-end encrypted and stored on servers in Germany.
Can Zyke see my data?
No. Your data is stored and analyzed on your phone, and we have no access to it. If you turn on backup, it is end-to-end encrypted before it leaves your phone, so we cannot read it.
Does it need an internet connection?
No. The Zyke Band syncs with your phone via Bluetooth, and the app analyzes everything on the phone. You only need internet for optional backup and sync, and for app updates.
Do I need an account?
No. You can use the Zyke Band without an account. You only need one for backup and sync.
What happens if I lose my phone?
Your data lives on your phone, so without a backup it is gone with the phone. With backup turned on, you can restore it on a new phone. Backup is optional, off by default and free for 3 stored full backups.
Can I export my data?
Yes. You can export your data directly from the app at any time. You can also run the open source sync server on your own machine, connect it in the app and access your data via REST or MCP.
